Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Ozcarmats specializes in custom-made car floor mats tailored to your vehicle's specifications. Once you place your order, we will process it within 24 hours. You may cancel your order or request a return or exchange within 90 days.

This refund policy does not affect your legal rights, including your rights under the warranty of conformity or protection against hidden defects, as required by applicable law.



Standard Returns:
Products may be returned within 90 days of receipt. Refunds will be processed upon receipt, inspection, and confirmation that the items meet return criteria. Refunds will be issued in full.
Items eligible for standard returns must meet the following conditions: All products and accessories must be returned in full to qualify for a refund.

**Quality Issue Resolution:**
- 5-Year Warranty: Free remakes or replacements for size discrepancies or quality issues
- Report Within 90 Days: Provide photographic evidence, and our customer service team will arrange a resolution
- No Need to Return the Original Product: Save customers the hassle of returning items


Return Shipping Costs

  • For all returns, ozcarmats will cover all shipping costs, and return labels will be prepaid by ozcarmats. ozcarmats does not charge any restocking fees, restocking charges, or similar fees.
  • All returns must be made in the original, unused, and undamaged packaging.
  • Once the return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 days.Please note that it will also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and mail your refund.

Unclaimed or Returned Parcels:

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the package, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipping.
  • If the parcel remains unclaimed for more than 30 days, the order will be canceled without the possibility of a refund.

Legal Warranties

This policy does not affect your legal rights. You are entitled to:

  1. A warranty of conformity: Your product must match its description and be fit for purpose.
  2. Protection against hidden defects: You are covered against any defect that renders the product unfit for its intended use.

Order and Customer Responsibility

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate vehicle details and a correct shipping address when placing an order. Qzcarmats cannot be held responsible for errors made by the customer.

Claim Deadlines

  • Issues or defects must be reported within 90 days of receiving your order. After this period, no claims will be accepted.

I want to cancel my order

All products are eligible for order cancellations and returns within 90 days. Once it has been manufactured and shipped directly, you'll need to wait until you receive the item to talk over refunds and return accommodations with our service team. 

Verification and Installation Procedure

If you believe your mats do not fit your vehicle correctly, please follow these steps before contacting us:

  1. Remove any existing mats from your car.
  2. Adjust the front seats (driver and passenger) backward to allow room for installation.
  3. Carefully position the mats in their designated areas.
  4. Secure the mats using the provided clips or trips.
  5. Ensure the mats do not obstruct the pedals or other essential functions of the vehicle.

  • Clear photos or videos showing the mats in your vehicle.
  • Detailed vehicle information (make, model, and year).
